The restaurant offers an extensive menu of Mexican cuisine with an array of spicy creations from the family’s kitchen in Michoacán, Mexico. New dishes have been added such as the Fajitas Pacifico, which includes scallops, crab, tilapia, and shrimp. For the vegetable lovers, Don Manuel added a generous portion of vegetables to the already heaping selections. They offer an entire page of new desserts that will get the sweet tooth going. The Piña colada cake, along with the chocolate Kahlua cake, have become the people’s favorite. De La Paz believes that everyone who comes to his restaurant should leave happy.
