In some cases, there may be a need for an extra bed, so there is also a blow up mattress and linens available. All kitchen appliances are new and there is a small coffee pot and a French Press coffee maker. Coffee provided, and some teas, too. The house is newly renovated with a full kitchen and table and chairs on the back porch for outdoor dining. Maybe the best thing about it is the location across from a walking trail and close to downtown.
