Since 1996, owners Millie Baron and Mick Stoyanov have been baking up an ever-expanding array of delicious treats to suit any palate and any occasion. Alongside the classic Italian cream cake, coconut macaroons, and pumpkin rolls that Ambrosia has always been known for, Millie and Mick have incorporated many of their own cherished family recipes and successfully turned them into local favorites like the braided egg bread, apricot rugalah, and bagels boiled and baked fresh each morning.
