This completely renovated, lake access house is home away from home.
There are four TVs, fast WIFI, a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, and a full sized refrigerator. Enjoy your day on Lake Hamilton and nights by the fire pit or take a 10 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs to enjoy shopping, bath houses, National Park trails and great restaurants. Only 4 miles to Garvin Gardens and 2 miles to Entergy park hiking trails and boat launch. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10/night/pet.
There are three bedrooms. The master has a king bed and TV with firestick and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is a comfy couch in the living room an extra guest can sleep on. The covered patio with fan is a comfy spot to enjoy the hilltop breeze. There is a gas grill for guest use. The lake access is just across the street. there is a fairly steep Hill down to the lake at the access point which is marked with a private property sign and a chain across the property. You are welcome to swim from this point launch a kayak or canoe but there is no boat dock. The property has plenty of space for many cars, trucks, trailers and rv parking.
Guest access
Lake access is across the street and available for kayak launching and swimming. The access is a steep hill down to the water and a couple feet drop to the water.
Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer and laundry detergent in the house for guest use.
