Phoenix Bass Fishing League 2021 Regional Championship

Location: Lake Ouachita, Mountain Harbor Marina

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — Hot Springs has been chosen to host one of the 2021 regional championship tournament sponsored by the Phoenix Bass Fishing League Presented by T-H Marine. The tournament will be held out of Mountain Harbor Marina on Lake Ouachita October 21 – 23.

“Hot Springs has become well known internationally for the spectacular way we have hosted world-famous fishing tournaments in the past,” said Steve Arrison, “and we are really pleased to have been selected to host the Major League Fishing (MLF) regional championship tournament in the coming year.

“It will once again focus the spotlight on the world-class fishing available on our lakes.”

The tournament will bring four divisions of the Phoenix Bass Fishing League to Hot Springs (Cowboy, Great Lakes, Mississippi and Okie) for four days of practice fishing and then three days of competition on Lake Ouachita.

A full field of 400 anglers, 200 boaters and 200 co-anglers, along with family members, event staff, sponsors, and media are expected to attend the event along with the viewing public.

The full field of 400 anglers will fish the first two days of the competition with the field cut to 24 anglers for the final day.

The top six boaters and co-anglers as well as the winner and winning co-angler from the Regional Championship will advance to the 2022 All- American Championship.

The Bass Fishing League is the only circuit where anglers can fish close to home, with opportunities to advance to nine no-entry-fee championships – including the All-American and Toyota Series Championship – for a shot at winning top boater awards of $120,000 and $235,000, respectively.
