The 28th Hot Springs JazzFest (Aug 23, Aug 29 - Sept 1) Kicks Off with “A Night of Jazz” at the Hot Springs Bathhouse Dinner Theatre featuring the Spa City Stompers on Friday, August 23. Spa City Blues Society’s flagship event, the Hot Springs Blues Festival will take Saturday, August 31st at Hill Wheatley Plaza in downtown Hot Springs.
