(Hot Springs, AR)--The June exhibit at Justus Fine Art Gallery will feature work by Matthew Hasty, Jeri Hillis, Robyn Horn, Dolores Justus, John Lasater, Gerri Much, Sammy Peters, Tony Saladino, Sandra Sell, Gene Sparling, Steven Wise, and others. The show will open with a reception from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, June 7, in conjunction with the monthly Gallery Walk in downtown Hot Springs. The exhibit will be on display June 7-30, 2019.   

Work by noted painter Steven Wise has recently been added to the gallery. Wise earned a BA in Art History from Swarthmore College and went on to earn MFA in painting from the University of Iowa. His work emphasizes geometric froms and playful lines that are both familiar and non-objective. Wise lives and works in Rogers, Arkansas.  

Sandra Sell’s new sculpture, “Figurative Poise” will be featured in the June exhibit along with new woodturned vessels by Gene Sparling, and a selection of sculptures by Robyn Horn. Abstract paintings by Sammy Peters, Tony Saladino, and Gerri Much will also be showcased, along with landscapes by Matthew Hasty, Dolores Justus, and John Lasater.  

Owned by artist Dolores Justus, Justus Fine Art Gallery offers a wide range of original art including sculpture, paintings, ceramics, photography, and more by recognized artists. Opening receptions are held in conjunction with the Hot Springs Gallery Walk held from 5-9 p.m. the first Friday of every month in downtown Hot Springs.
