The April exhibit at Justus Fine Art Gallery will feature a selection of work by Michael Ashley, Donnie Copeland, Kristin DeGeorge, Robyn Horn, Dolores Justus, Laura Raborn, Sandra Sell, Gene Sparling, Rebecca Thompson, Dan Thornhill, and others. The show will open with a reception from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, April 5, in conjunction with the monthly Gallery Walk in downtown Hot Springs. The exhibit will be on display April 5-30, 2019.   

Expressive oil paintings by Dolores Justus and Rebecca Thompson will be included in the April show, along with the dramatic striation paintings by Donnie Copeland. A selection of Robyn Horn’s textured paintings and wood sculptures will also be featured, along with work by wood sculptor Sandra Sell, and wood turned vessels by Gene Sparling. Ceramics by Michael Ashley and playful acrylic and mixed media paintings by Dan Thornhill will be on display, along with work by printmaker Kristin DeGeorge and a series of figurative pieces by Laura Raborn. Raborn will also be showing work at the Landmark Building as part of their Next Generation Exhibit. Work by additional gallery artists will also be available. 

Owned by artist Dolores Justus, Justus Fine Art Gallery offers a wide range of original art including sculpture, paintings, ceramics, photography, and more by recognized artists. Opening receptions are held in conjunction with the Hot Springs Gallery Walk held from 5-9 p.m. the first Friday of every month in downtown Hot Springs.
