On April 8, 2024, the solar eclipse path of totality will pass directly over Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast. According to avid eclipse chasers, a total solar eclipse—when the moon completely covers the disk of the sun, turning daytime into dusk with nothing but the sun’s fiery outer edges—is like the Olympics of astrotourism. And it’s one worth traveling for: the next North American Solar Eclipse won’t be until 2045!
The eclipse will begin in our area at 12:31 p.m. The total solar eclipse (the time the moon is fully covering the sun) will be over 3 ½ minutes. The full duration of the eclipse will be over 2 ½ hours. Our front lawn at Tiffany’s is the perfect spot to watch with unobstructed views, so join us for a totality awesome party!
To help you avoid traffic backups, and enjoy all our Hot Springs area has to offer, room reservations require a 3-night minimum stay for 2 adults in each room and include:

The normal deposit of 1 night will be charged at the time of booking, and payment in full will be charged 30 days after reservation has been made. Because this is a once in a lifetime event, cancellations will be non-refundable for any reason, including weather. It will still get dark on a rainy day!
