Prospect Place is a Queen Anne style Victorian home, built before 1879, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located in the Quapaw-Prospect Historic District and is only 4 blocks from downtown. All rooms have private baths, 2 with showers only and 2 have tubs equipped with bubble spa mats. There is a wrap-around front porch with rockers and a private rear entrance and parking. Our newest addition is a Spa Tub on the back patio...with 54 adjustable jets...a great way to relax. Cost is determined by your choice of room and is subject to the availability of the rooms. Additional nights are available at the standard room rate. Reservations required. Room descriptions and pictures can be seen on our website.
