Enjoy a delectable brunch buffet surrounded by the beauty of Arkansas’ botanical garden – Garvan Woodland Gardens. Adding to the Garden ambiance will be the lyrical sounds of jazz provided by a variety of local musicians. The menu and caterer, as well as the entertainment, will change each month. Cost is $20 plus tax for members of Garvan Gardens and $25 plus tax for non-members. Advance reservations and pre-payment required. Tillman's Antiques, celebrating twenty-five years in the 100 block, has been joined by the new shops - Rampant Lion, Art-Tiques, Manor House Antiques and Joan Good Antiques of Royal Street, New Orleans. These dealers hope to attract others who will expand Antique Row further into the Historic District and create an area whose reputation for fine antiques will be unmatched in the Mid-South. Antique Row with over 15 shops, two restaurants and a hotel also includes wonderful upscale boutiques featuring ladies clothing, decorative accessories, jewelry, linens, gourmet food, luxury bath items and a children's store. Restaurants include the Colonial Pancake and Waffle House celebrating its forty-fifth year in the 100 block who has expanded its menu to include plate lunches and Jernigan's Restaurant celebrating their 12th year on the 100 block serving up traditional southern favorites.

Stueart Pennington Running Of The Tubs, an open bathtub race that highlights the city's colorful history of "We Bathe the World," on World-famous Bathhouse Row in downtown Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas.
The winning team will receive a traveling winner's trophy that it will keep until the next year's race. Individual team members will receive a trophy. Two additional trophies will be given, one for the Most Original Tub and one for the Most Humorous Tub.

Some of the rules include -

* All team members must be 18 or older.
* The four team members pushing the tubs must wear hats of some type and shape and also some suspenders.
* Anything goes, including water balloons, costumes and race strategies.

All entry fees will be donated to the Downtown Merchants Christmas Tree Fund.
