The Rose Cottage is a charming, 2-story Victorian Row House built in 1896 and lovingly restored into an unhosted bed and breakfast. It is located next door to Andrea Rose Day Spa and within easy walking distance of "Bath House Row", fine restaurants, art galleries, trolley cars and the Hot Springs Convention Center and Summit Arena. On the first floor you will find a comfortable sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and bath with shower. Upstairs are 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king/twin bed, a beautiful bathroom complete with a 2-person whirlpool tub, and a sitting room with a double-bed size futon sofa, cable TV, telephone, and wet bar. A continental breakfast is provided each day in the refrigerator. The Rose Cottage accommodates children and/or 1 small pet; up to 6 people. 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum major holidays.
