Free Zoom Background Downloads Feature Scenes From Hot Springs and the National Park

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, Arkansas — Embarrassed by that sink full of dirty dishes in the background of your Monday morning Zoom staff meeting with your boss?

Fear your career chances might be damaged by your cat yakking up a hairball in the background during the weekly Zoom sales meeting with your fellow workers?

Avoid all that by downloading a free Zoom background picture featuring one of several beautiful scenes of Hot Springs, Arkansas, or Hot Springs National Park.

“We’re making available a selection of beautiful scenes of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park for people to use during the Zoom meetings that have become the standard way for group meetings to be held during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Visit Hot Springs Marketing Director Bill Solleder said. “The scenes include tranquil photos of the thermal springs that give our city its name, the mountains that surround the city, sunset scenes, public artworks, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Bathhouse Row and others.

“The backgrounds serve a dual purpose: They celebrate the yearlong centennial celebration of the establishment of Hot Springs National Park and they’re also a great way to let the rest of the world see how beautiful our city and park really are.”

“You could think of these free Zoom backgrounds as a virtual version of the free Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, license plates that we have been installing on Garland County residents’ cars for a decade,” Visit Hot Springs CEO Steve Arrison said. “Both are a really effective way of spreading the word about our city and its attractions. The Zoom backgrounds are really spectacular. And, like the license plates, they’re free and easy to get.”

The free Zoom background scenes are available at two Internet locations:
