Country Legend Travis Tritt and Classic Rockers Styx
Country legend Travis Tritt and classic rock band Styx will provide the musical entertainment for the Hot Springs Legends Balloon Rally September 27 and 28 at the Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport.
Styx will perform Friday night, September 27, 2013, and Tritt will perform Saturday evening, September 28, 2013.
Both concerts will be free and open to the public. The balloon rally, featuring 25 of the top hot-air balloon pilots in America, and the musical events all will take place at the airport on Highway 70 West.
This year’s Rally will feature two balloon-glows after sunset in addition to other entertainment and attractions.
According to Steve Arrison, CEO of Visit Hot Springs, “The balloon-glows are spectacular,” he said. “All 25 balloons will be gathered behind the music stage, and the sight of them glowing from the inside is really something to see. This has become one of the most popular events at our rallies. ”
Tritt, who has won two Grammys, is best known for his smash country hits “T-R-O-U-B-L-E,” “Help Me Hold On” and “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares).”
Styx has been a rock legend band since the 1970s, with classic hits such as “Lady,” “Come Sail Away,” “Babe” and “Mister Roboto” on their long list of tunes.
Admission to the above events is FREE!
There are no balloon rides. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIR!
