Hot Springs: Outstanding service comes with the quality
Hot Springs has a long tradition of providing quality services to conventions, tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops, reunions, tours, and other groups from across the country and around the world.
Starting with our Welcome Services, we aim to please and make you feel at home. We will list your event on our Web Site to help you increase attendance, with a link to your own Web site. This is just one of the many services we provide. More CVB services are listed below. Let the Hot Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau make your Hot Springs meeting or other gathering the most successful and enjoyable ever with services such as these.
Free Parking
- Over 2,000 street-level parking spaces are available on-site with additional parking available within a two block area.
Welcome Services
- Bluecoat Ambassadors - A group of senior volunteers
who welcome your guests to Hot Springs.
- Hill Wheatley Plaza Marquee - The CVB will display
a special welcome message on this highly visible
computerized marquee located on Hot Springs' main
street.
- VIP Welcomes - The CVB will help you contact federal,
state or local elected officials for an appearance
in your program or to welcome your group.
Registration Services
- Pre-registration - The CVB will prepare name badges
for those who pre register for your meeting at no cost.
- Badges - The CVB maintains a supply of name badges,
available to you at no cost.
- Registrars - The CVB will supply professional
registrars for your meeting at no cost, for your meeting of 100 persons or more.
Planning Assistance
- Spouse Programs - The CVB is prepared to provide
you with examples of successful spouse programs
used by other groups that have visited the Spa City.
- Public Relations - The CVB will help you plan
media coverage of your meeting by providing a list
of state and local media outlets.
Hotel Housing
- Housing Assistance - The CVB will serve as a central
housing bureau for groups that utilize rooms in
two or more Hot Springs hotels/motels. The Bureau
will secure hotel/motel commitments and receive
and process your members' hotel reservations.
