Taste of the Holidays
NOVEMBER 16
Taste of the Holidays at Mid-America Science Museum

Celebrate and support science education during the 18th Annual Taste of the Holidays at Mid-America Science Museum Thursday, November 16th from 6-9 pm enjoy the best tastes from the state, fine wines, drinks, and hands-on science for adults. Taste will also feature an enormous silent auction full of specialty items that are perfect for holiday gifts. 

Holiday Lights at Garvan Gardens
NOVEMBER 18 - DECEMBER 31
Holiday Lights & Concert at Garvan

The most celebrated outdoor light display in Arkansas for the holiday season opens at Garvan the Saturday before Thanksgiving and runs through New Year’s Eve (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days). The Gardens will be aglow with over 4.5 million lights in a myriad of natural settings. Features include the luminescent Garden of the Pine Wind, the 50-foot tall Holiday Tree which plays holiday tunes animated to a light show, the Parterre garden on the Great Lawn, and traditional holiday scenes in the woodlands. Conclude your walking tour with free hot chocolate. 

Tom Daniel Chili Cook-Off
NOVEMBER 20
Tom Daniel Chili Cook-Off and Downtown Light-Up

The 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off will begin at 4:30pm rain or shine at the Exchange Street Parking Deck in Downtown Hot Springs. The event, hosted by the Downtown Association of Hot Springs will use the raised funds to support the City’s Deck the Park Challenge during the Holiday Season. Ned Perme with KATV will be on hand to light the downtown Christmas lights during the event. Cost is $5 for all you can eat chili. Don't forget to stop by Hill Wheatley Plaza to take a picture on the Santa bench!

Miracle on 34th Street

Miracle on 34th at Pocket Theater

The Pocket Community Theatre presents a live theater performance of the holiday classic Miracle on 34th Street, the Play, a Comedy/Drama adapted by Mountain Community Theater from the novel by Valentine Davies and based upon the Twentieth Century Fox motion picture "Miracle on 34th Street". 

DECEMBER 2
The Witness! Arkansas's Musical Passion Play

The Hot Springs Convention Center hosts this special Christmas Presentation of The Witness.  Come join us for this free community event as we celebrate the birth, life, ministry, death, and glorious resurrection of Jesus Christ.

DECEMBER 4
Oaklawn Rotary Christmas Parade

Every year Hot Springs unveils a new theme for its Holiday Christmas Parade, and it is always a great time for families.  Along with the superb parade which features floats and marching bands, the entire town of Hot Springs will be aglow with holiday cheer.  For those looking for a special small town Christmas, Hot Springs will not disappoint. During your holiday vacation, don't miss this opportunity to get into the holiday spirit.

Christmastime in Arkansas at the Hot Springs Convention Center

Country music legend Joe Diffie will be the featured performer this year when Christmastime in Arkansas LIVE, with the Ned Perme Band, returns to the Hot Springs Convention Center December 15 at 7 p.m.
